1- Shipping
Good things take time — we custom-pack every order with extra care to ensure you receive only the best. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.
2- Confirmation
As we import our items especially for you, we kindly ask for a deposit to confirm your order. We truly appreciate your trust and support!
3- Returns
We accept returns upon courier arrival so that means you can open and check your item before paying. Items must be in original condition, and in its original packaging. If by any chance you are not at the given address to check your order, you can contact the customer service the same day of delivery if something wrong with it.
If the package includes more than one item, you cannot return one and take the other as courier must pass or take the same amount number. You can contact on the date of the delivery if you have a problem with one item and we will return it next day.
4- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customized or personalized products
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
5- Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within few days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
6- Exchanges
We accept exchange for sizes or defective items. Customized orders are not allowed for exchange
7- Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after one day of confirmation. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
